As anyone involved in Crossfit knows …the only easy day was yesterday…that’s the evil part of this fun odyssey... is even when you improve the tests get tougher…..what …you mean I never get to get that accomplished feeling of saying (I’ve climbed the mountain)…sorry but that mountain moves just as you improve…..we all start with a foundation and a lot of the beginners (excluding the freaks of nature) start with a basic foundation aka pvc pipe as a bar, pushups on the knees, 10lb wall ball, jumping pull ups…yada yada…but once you improve your form and time you don’t get a student of the month trophy but the reward is a increased work load…but the increased work load's end result is improved overall health . So when you see light at the end of the tunnel remember that tunnel never ends…rock on
