Hero WOD - Jerry's Corner...A View from the Plus Size

Since Memorial Day is coming upon us, this week was Hero WOD week at The Ranch. To me, Memorial Day is not another day off, but to honor and remember those who died for this country. It seems we all know someone that lost there life protecting this country. Crossfit does its part with Operation Phoenix and Wounded Warrier and a lot of the local affiliates help with the Wounded Warrior project and make donations from the annual Fight Gone Bad fundraiser. There's nothing more beautiful than to see a row of flags on a street honoring the warrior that made the ultimate sacrifice for this country and to remember those that died the most humble of deaths. Yesterday, as I was huffing and a puffing, I looked to Kenny for a hall pass on the Hero WOD and he said, "Remember why were doing this."...It was the internal red bull I needed….really hate when he does that…rock on and God Bless
