Burpee for a Cookie - Jerry's Corner...A View from the Plus Size

Awhile back I reading this article and it made a lot of sense and it made me ask a question…when we cheat on a diet should you punish yourself?…first off I don’t mean your trainer sneaking up beside you in micky dee’s with a two by four ready to dill your backside for a moment of weakness…but what if you associated these trigger/cheat foods with something unpleasant…and no not your great uncle buba in a Speedo…well then what… maybe your least favorite Crossfit exercise and for me well that’s burpees…I hate those bastards with a great, great passion....the penalty would have to be stiff…maybe run a extra mile for a cookie or 50 burpees for a slice of pizza…….feel the craving for a sweet?...is it worth  burpees?….I could see it now pizza delivery guy pulls up to your house and you're there doing burpees on the front lawn …. (one second pizza delivery guy only ten more burpees and I’ll get you your check)….or at the checkout line in the grocery store and the cashier tells you it will be 20 bucks plus 50 air squats for the ding dong.  And think about it this way, a food diary will offer a blueprint to your daily intake of food but it will not make you barf like a penalty wod for a cupcake.  Some may think this is extreme measure but so is having a big butt or not being able to see your toes because your belly's blocking the view.  rock on
