Improve what your bad at…huh …what… a wise man told me awhile back practice what you struggle with at Crossfit… burpees?...every part Jerry..oh ya thrusters...not low enough more hips…wait, yes squats …beautiful sounds of..."get lower jerry" or "my grandma does better squats"….wait don’t forget box jumps..."that's why there not called box steps"….oh ya Jerry pull-ups not jumping pull-ups….running wow…"we can hear you coming from a mile away weezing and dragging your feet"…confidence is soaring….man stop with the compliments...my ego is sky high…but wait there’s more kettlebells..."get lower and push press elbows" ….sledge hammer..."hit the tire not your foot "..side note that f'n hurt when I did that….so as we can all see Jerry needs improvement…but that should not come as a huge surprise….as many of us can say we all need improvement….rock on
