Well we have some exciting news as were moving to a new spot….hello Salinas, California...after a long pain in the butt search we finally found what we think is the perfect spot..it located at 1380 Burton Ave….we just had so much interest from the fine folks in Salinas that it made good business sense to make the move…the best part we will bring out a little extra equipment but the same level of (professional) training…they will also have the same amount of orange buckets for all those wanting to give back there lunch or dinner….the new spot is going to be awesome so do us a favor get the word out about Crossfit Salinas Valley…thanks and oh ya we’ll still rock on and even though were moving all the best parts are still intact
