Well, while I was at the Norcal Qualifiers awhile back …I noticed something...and well, there were some odd birds out there. I witnessed a gentlemen I know from Redding, a gifted athlete, wearing knee high socks while competing…as I’m sure he’s secure in his manhood and could break me like a twig…I must still vent...as knee high socks belong on project runway and not at a Crossfit event. But then again you also see people running barefoot...another fashion no no…like I know...but Kenny and I still had a good laugh...but then again I was discussing fashion with a guy that wears uggs and sock shoes…yes sock shoes….up there with knee high socks in my opinion during a training. But that's the beauty of Crossfit...you can rest assured the fashion police wont be at the door handing out tickets…if they did, Kenny would be on a life sentence….ha-ha….well only one rule: come clothed..and rock on
