The other day I was talking with Kenny and he informed me that I had to stay after class. He wanted me to meet a friend of his (and yes he has more than one)...so I was introduced to Jeremy Mullins from Crossfit Thunder/Crossfit Firebreather and along with running those boxes he also has Coach J Diet Rx website and teaches at Marshall University….needless to say the man is one busy dude. But sitting down with him he outlined something that many diets don’t tell you, the science behind it. This is the first time in my life I had clear understanding of what makes us fat and how we get to where we are. The number one thing I learned is controlling insulin levels, and there's a lot of science behind it and what damage it does to our bodies when it out of wack. He’s worked with gastro bypass patients and people with type 2 diabetes and elite athletes…so he’s seen what works and what doesn’t. He’s been on the front line seeing people battle and succeed in there nutritional goals….so stay tuned he’ll be teaching a class in our area soon and we’ll post it on the website. It will be the best investment you will make in yourself and in turn for family and friends as well....rock on
